Position Summary

Join a rapidly growing e-Commerce Software as a Regional Sr. Account Executive. We're looking for passionate individuals who would rather "hunt" than "harvest" and have a strong history of being a "closer". As 'CEO' of your own territory, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing new business and running existing accounts in your region. Previous high-tech direct sales experience is required. Opportunity provides for career growth potential based on success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strong phone skills and the ability to actively travel for face-to-face activity required. Not afraid to call and meet executives all the way up to a 'C' level
  • Is tenacious about finding the right person, with the right project in a company
  • Good work ethic is critical; we are looking for people with initiative and will fit well into our "work hard, play hard" culture
  • Emphasis on teamwork.
  • Previous search or e-Commerce software domain experience is desirable
  • Has worked with CRM applications such as SalesForce.com, etc.
  • Aggressive and tenacious yet professional
  • High energy

Education and Experience

Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience

Required: Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in senior direct sales roles, preferably involving server-based B2C, B2B, Software as a Service (SaaS) or enterprise software to the retail or e-commerce related industry.
  • Ability to travel
  • Knowledge of Perl is an advantage.

Classification: Exempt, Salary
Compensation: Depending on Experience.
