Amos Peleg
General Manager, Israel Labs

Prior to joining Mercado, Amos was Director of R&D at SAP (NYSE: SAP) where he built and managed an international organization developing a new and innovative product. Before joining SAP, Amos managed the development and definition of several products at Check Point Software Technologies (NASDAQ: CHKP) and led the first integration effort with technology obtained through the acquisition of Zone Labs. In this position, he managed two core products and initiated and led the development of a new product designed to penetrate the mobility market. Before joining Check Point, Amos held development positions in two startups, one of which he helped found. Amos graduated from the Hebrew University with a B.Sc. degree in Physics and Computer Science, and obtained an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot.
