
Mark Jordan brings 20 years of technical and managerial experience to his position as Vice President of Worldwide Customer Advocacy. Reporting directly to the CEO, he is the custodian of the customer’s interest within the organization. His team partners with customers to assure they are getting the most out of Mercado product and services. He has been a product visionary specializing in user interfaces and workflow optimization. Mark holds 2 patents and has 3 others pending. Prior to Mercado, Mark worked for Apple Computers, Bank of America, and Jefferies & Co., where he led development efforts focused on optimizing user productivity. He has also owned a retail gift store and founded two software start-ups. Mark holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
